- Services already rendered, completed, or currently in progress are non-refundable.
- Upon cancellation, access to ongoing services, reporting, campaign management, and support may be discontinued at the end of the current service period.

Clients may request a refund within 30 to 45 calendar days from the original service purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
A refund may be considered when:
- The agreed service has not commenced.
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances within our control.
- A duplicate payment or billing error has occurred.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
- Services have been fully delivered or completed.
- Marketing campaigns, advertising, content creation, SEO work, consultations, strategy sessions, audits, or other professional work have already been performed.
- Delays are caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, access credentials, or materials.
- The client changes business objectives, preferences, or marketing direction after work has commenced.
- Results do not meet subjective expectations where services have been delivered according to the agreed scope.
- Third-party costs have been incurred, including advertising spend, software subscriptions, platform fees, domain registrations, hosting fees, or similar expenses.
5. Partial Refunds
Where appropriate, partial refunds may be issued based on:
- The percentage of work completed.
- Resources already allocated to the project.
- Third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client.
Any approved partial refund amount will be determined at our sole discretion based on the work performed up to the cancellation date.
6. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request including:
- Full name or business name.
- Invoice or order reference number.
- Date of purchase.
- Detailed reason for the refund request.

- Violates contractual obligations.
- Engages in abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or unethical conduct.
- Fails to make required payments.
- Requests services that violate applicable laws or platform policies.
